Jake's Halloween...

Our annual Halloween tradition is to head to Mimi & Bips.

Mimi makes Chili for dinner before Trick-or-treating.

Grandma Karen had sent a special Halloween treat for Jake.

It gave him lots of energy for the BIG NIGHT.

Annie, Chris, Douglas, Andrew and Jake

all waited patiently for the rain to stop. 

It didn't...so we headed inside for a game of 'Find a Treat'.

The boys did GREAT finding all of the candy.

(most of it, we hear Bips has found a treat or two over the past few days)

Jake & Douglas trade treats... 

The boys counted their loot and

enjoyed a Halloween snack after their game.

It finally cleared up around 8pm. 

Jake got all geared up...Our Little Fireman!

Bips & Mimi took Jake trick-or-treating.

When they were all done,

Jake was so kind as to share his goodies with mom.

Jake now knows why ALL OF THE KIDS in the
neighborhood come to Mimi & Bips's home for Halloween. 

He then found out how delicious Mimi's cider was.

What a TREAT!  Happy Halloween.

Jake visits the Pumpkin Patch...

Jake visited the Bethany Pumpkin Patch.

Jake met lots of friends there (besides a few pumpkins).

Jake's favorite girl was also there...Addison.

They always have so much fun together. 

Jake other two favorite gals were there..Lily & Addy.

Mommy's MOPS group came along...

...as well as Jake's Happyland Class.

Ms. Jackie read two spooky stories for us.

It's getting spooky around here.

Jake loved the wagon.

He wanted to find JUST THE RIGHT pumpkin.

It was a great morning together.

Fall-time is our favorite!!!

Jake carves his 1st pumpkin...

Grandma showed Jake how it should be done.

Grandma & Jake work on carving out the top. 

Grandma taught Jake his new favorite word 'UCKY'.  

The insides were all scooped out.

 Jake did a fantastic job.

Mom just couldn't stand it and had to jump in and help. 

(The avocado tool worked the best)

Jake & Uncle Jeff...

Uncle Jeff came to visit Jake.

Jake was SO EXCITED to have him stay with us.

He woke up each morning

looking forward to his Uncle Jeff time. 

Family, it doesn't get much better for Jake.

Jake hangs w/ Easton Cousins...

Cousin Jeff & Cousin Kara came down to visit Jake.

Jake had a BLAST playing baseball with cousin Jeff.

Aunt Gloria & Cousin Kara were FANTASTIC cheerleaders.

Uncle Robert & Bips were busy talking Rotary... 

Uncle Jeff tore up that conversation... 

Jake was with his two favorite people: Mimi & Uncle Jeff.

It was so great having the Easton families with us.

Jake's Pigeon Party...

Jake & Mommy headed to the theater...

We saw Pigeon Party at Parker Playhouse. 

The show was based on Mo Willem's Pigeon books:

Don't let the Pigeon Drive the Bus,

Don't let the Pigeon Stay up Late 

& The Pigeon Finds a Hot Dog. 

Jake LOVES Costco...

Grandpa Ted & Grandma Mary Kay...

 Grandpa Ted & Grandma Mark Kay stopped in for a visit.

Jake took us all to Coconuts on the water.

Grandpa & Grandma LOVE to take pictures of Jake.

It was a great visit together.

We can't wait to see them again soon.
