Jake+Mommy 'Do Good' on Xmas Eve...

Jake+Mommy wanted to do something special

and 'act of service' for someone or something.

We decided to bring homemade cookies to

a fire station in fort lauderdale on Xmas Eve. 

It just so happens that Uncle Mike was working that day.

We visited Fire Station #35.

I think it was more of a 'treat' for Jake

as he got to explore the trucks while we were there.

Jake hosted his 1st Cookie Party...

Jake+Mommy hosted our 1st Cookie Party.

We invited a bunch of Jake's pals during Xmas break.

All of his friends brought icing and sprinkles.

(and we had LOTS of them)

Annual Unveiling of the Xmas Trains...

Today was the annual unveiling

of Bip's 3 Christmas Trains...

This little boy was quite excited. 

Bips shows Jake how it works and

tells Jake that he was going to give

Jake one set of his very own.

And now THESE two little boys are very excited.

 spent the evening with us after their fabulous

cruise to celebrate  their 25th wedding anniversary

We were so lucky to have an evening of food & fun.

Jake loves spending time with them...so much fun!

Jake attends Matthew's Party...

Best Buddy Matthew turned 4.

He had his birthday at Tradewinds Park.

They have steam train rides.

The steam trains are 1/8th life-size, or scaled at 1.5 in./ft.

The track gauge is 7.5 in.
